We ship to all parts of Australia except Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the Australian Antarctic Territory.

Pick-up from our warehouse might be possible for bulk or heavy orders. Contact us (info@stackitup.com.au) to see if this is possible. Luckily, our couriers are usually quite fast and will get your order to you soon.

We ship all items from Melbourne, Australia. Sometimes we may split your order and send it in more than one parcel.

Quickly email info@stackitup.com.au to change your address. Our warehouse team are fast. It is too late when the courier collects your order. Always double check your address before paying.

We process most orders within one business day. From there, standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. For country areas it is 6 to 7 business days. For rural areas it is 10 business days. Express post will be 1 to 2 business days in the express network and longer outside the express zone.

You can track your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Look for that email or login to your account to see the tracking details.

Sometimes your tracking number is a bit slow to work. Please wait one day then try again. If that doesn’t work, then please contact our support staff (info@stackitup.com.au).

Usually, the courier leaves a note for you to collect your parcel from the nearest pick-up point. Only the person whose name is on the parcel can collect it. Sometimes the courier will make further delivery attempts. The courier will return all undelivered parcels to our warehouse.

Rest assured, we will deliver your parcel. You can always use the tracking information to see where your parcel is. Email us (info@stackitup.com.au) with your order number if there are issues. We can follow it up with the delivery company.

This should not happen. First check if the courier left your parcel with a neighbour or sent it to the nearest pick-up point. The tracking link should give you more information. Please email us (info@stackitup.com.au) if you can’t work out where your parcel is.

To give your Christmas parcels the best chance of arriving on time, send them as early as possible and by the cut-off dates below.
We recommend sending your Christmas parcels as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, to help delivering them there in time for Christmas Day.
